Neanderthals as PCs in Society and / or regular play...

Pathfinder Society

Hello,

I have an interest in portraying a Neanderthal character. Is this race (human subclass?) allowed in Society or regilar game play? Where can one find creation stats for it?

--Thank you

I could have sworn to having seen something official on www.d20pfsrd.com about these, but trying to search there for Neanderthal sends me to a 3rd party conversion that isn't the same thing (the one I saw before definitely didn't have a fixed penalty to Intelligency the way this one does). Now I can't find what I found before. But you could probably do okay by just using Human and picking the options corresponding to the most primitive background.

Paizo has released rules for something called "primitive human" a while ago, you can download the PDF it here:

PS: I have flagged you post as being in the wrong forum, this forum is about Paizo as a company.

I created a version of Neanderthals for my campaign and gave them some mystical, shamanistic powers so they wouldn't be just a variant hominin.

Well, had it sitting on my hard drive all this time -- no wonder I couldn't find it again . . . .

Thank you for the responses. I am sorry for posting in wrong area. Won't happen again.
