I’m making Marceline Abadeer, the Vampire Queen, from Adventure Time, but I’m having a hard time finding a way to include this power. Right now I have the Bloody Fist -> Feast of Blood Rage Powers, and/or #71 Alternate Fiendish Heritage Trait to represent it, the first can only be used once per rage, and the second can only be used once per day, but they aren’t 100% what I’m looking for.
Marceline has a bunch of powers that she got from sucking the souls of slain vampires who possessed those powers in life... er undeath. Feast of Blood allows you to temporarily gain half the resistances and immunities of the target whose organ you consumed, while also healing you, and #71 Alt Fiend Racial Trait lets you consume a corpse to heal yourself, but if I could find something a bit more powerful, that would be appreciated.
I’m content with these if I have to use them though, but I’d rather have something more. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a prestige class that lets you turn souls into gold, you can then use that gold for magic items which give you power so as long as you can have free rain on crafting items yourself you could craft items that would emulate those powers.
And that PrC is called...?
Because that sounds like a really cool villain class.

The dhamphir feats you're thining of are blood drinker & blood feaster iIRC.
An oracle with the Ghoul or Hunger curse (or both if dual-cursed) could fit. Sanguine wildblooded (now available to non-sorcerers via esoteric/eldrtich heritage) gets another minor benefit. Aasimar can give a benefit to those drinking their blood via another feat with a weird name I forget.
Urgathoa's divine fighting technigue, or come to think of it plain old vampiric touch, talk about stealing/consuming life force.
Sandman bards can steal spells and SLAs.
If 3rd party is an option look up Dreamscarred's harbinger class and its archetypes.

As a GM...why bother figuring out how to do it? Just start assigning abilities and then figure out the CR when you have a finished monster. That is how monsters are created.
As a player, NO. Sorry, any reasonably sane GM is going to tell you no. This is pathfinder, there are ways to become a Vampire but the barriers to doing so are there for a reason. Trying to throw on some sort of even stranger ability is a short path to making a useless character unless your GM wants to coddle your character.
Make a character, not a checklist of powers.

getting soulstones from cacodaemon (familier or summoned with spell) or the soul stone spell.
then you can use them for crafting or if your an evil outsider (like an evil tiefling\aasimar or a geniee-kin) you can also eat them to gain fast healing 2 for round per hd of soul used. see the soul trade and using souls here for more information.
also see 'souldrinker' (was called 'souleater' in the pfsrd20 for trade name reasons) has extra options for souls slivers he suck into his soul pool.

I had to go digging through the description of soul trade and such from daemons.
So if you need to cast raise dead, but you lack the diamonds, yet you have a full value "grand soul" in a gem... well... You only have moral problems, not practical ones.
Honestly... that conversion rate is not too good. The value of material component it replaces is based upon the soul trade value of the soul. I think it would be rare for the GM to give you more than 100 gp souls. I am unsure if you can cover higher material costs with multiple soul gems... but even if you could, that would take some serious murder just to cover a single common 'high' cost.
On a regular basis, I think you will usually use this to cover the spells with the token 100 gp cost. Y'know the ones that make sure you don't spam the spell, because even if the money to spend, you still ahve to actively buy the various gems, mirrors, lenses, etc.- you will run out of at least one variety of them. Soul gems can be general use.

Should we point out that Marceline is a greater named Demon before she becomes a vampire? Her daddy is the ruler of Hell in addition to being a junk food stealer.
For an NPC maybe for a PC no, at least in Pathfinder.
Homerules you might be able to tweak something off of occult lines.
Half-Demon, and she only inherited slowed aging, and soul sucking. Also the ability to survive the planet being frozen for 400 years, I guess.
