why is my playtest not in my downloables?

now its in there and wont let me click after sixty seconds for personalization

Hello Chris,

The Playtest is a free PDF currently located on the front page of the site. It will not be automatically found in your downloadable like with subscription orders. Downloading the rulebook or all of the materials from the front page should work. If it is not, can you please provide specifics on where the PDF download process is stopping for you. Does it never update after telling you it's personalizing?

Be sure to give it another shot downloading it, it's possible that a heavy server load at the time may have interfered. Thank you!

sam sorry to bother you i know thheres a percentage 54 i belive left shipped should i wait another week at most before asking for a refund if i do not get my preorder?

Yes, please wait a bit longer before we can assume that a Playtest package is lost. The 10th is still our recommended date to start raising inquiries about specific packages. We will provide updates on this forum should that change. Thank you!
