Thank you for your question! I've taken a look, and it seems that your order is just waiting in the subscription queue. We had some holdups this month, so we updated our July shipping thread to reflect those, and we just started shipping subscription shipments on Wednesday. We generally have a two-week window to get all of the subscriptions sent out, though it does not generally take the whole two weeks to fulfill them all.
Once your order has been processed for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I'll be more than happy to assist you.
