Kwannon, there is a different link to sign up for each game. Next to the game listing you'll see 'click here' which will take you to either the spreadsheet or thread that GM has chosen to use.
edit: I should have specified that I mean the game listings here.

One more question, and apologies if I'm just not seeing the answer somewhere.
When we register to GM a game (so long as we're doing it prior to the 6/25 deadline), how do we request scenario support?
I'm planning to run 2 scenarios for each gameday session (4 total), but I don't see anywhere to specifically request scenario support. Is it just presumed when we select the scenarios from the dropdown? Or am I overlooking a checkbox somewhere?
Thanks!

@GM West:
Yes, you report on our form — we use that for statistics and to dole out boons to GMs and players — and then we report it to Paizo. It’s a bit clunky, but keeps us informed of who’s finished their games and can get their boons.
We request scenario support for everyone who is not a VO. Scenario support covers scenarios and modules but not APs.
If there is something you wish to run that is missing from our dropdown menu, post here and let us know.
Welcome aboard!

Session #19 (9-19: Clash in Kaimuko Wood [5-9]) is filled up.
I had a bunch of extra applicants after the lottery, so I opened another table for the same scenario (#64) that I marked as already filled up. Just to make sure 19 and 64 don't get confused. Effectively, both are filled up, but 19 needs to be marked as such.
Thanks!

Kate, I have asked Jesse to add everything through PFS 9-25 to our site. I’m hoping to see them added later today.

Looking to run Skittershot and We Be 5uper Goblins for the gameday?
You can find the Skittermander pregens and all Goblin Pregens already formatted to BB Code by the amazing Elianna here in the PBP GM Kit.
GMs, these games are now available to be selected as an option in the PBP Gameday 7 dropdown listing.

SECOND REQUEST:
GM Tarondor wrote:Please mark Game #11 (8-25: Unleashing the Untouchable) as FULL.
Thank you.
We have that on the list of tables that need closing, but Jesse is working on other parts of the database. We will get them closed when we can. Our priority was adding in scenarios so that people could register for them.

I've added tables of Skitter Shot and We Be 5uper Goblins.
Just to confirm: the additional pregens created by the author are not allowed, right?

Hey, hey! My scenario is submitted!
Sign up here to play #9-24: Beneath Unbroken Waves with me, the author!
I will resolve the lottery at ~11:30 pm Pacific Time Monday!

I have also added tables for CORE Destiny of the Sands Part 1, and non-core Call of the Copper Gate.

Folks, I edited the titles of my two Clash in Kaimuko Wood threads, and it broke the links in the scenario listing. Sessions 19 and 64. Not sure if it is necessary at this point, since both tables are full, but if need be, the current links to the threads can be found here:

Hey Paladin & Loremaster —
That’s a very timely question.
As per the original announcement on the PBP Gameday thread, we’ve allowed priority seating for the GMs who are working the special. (This includes backup GMs too.) We’re giving them first chance to find seats in the event that they’re helping us run.
Wah! Why do you have so few tables of the Special? I won’t get a seat!
Don’t panic! We will be starting with only a few tables each of Scoured Stars Incident and Solstice Scar C. We’re doing this so that we can better respond to demand, and so that we don’t overschedule tables. For each special, we’ll have a waitlist. Here’s how we’ll be adding extra tables. Before July 1st, we open up priority seating to the GMs of the Specials who provide our tables.
On July 1st, we’ll have our initial listing to see which choices the players pick.
If the tables are full, please add yourself to the waitlist of the special you want. Being on the waitlist is the best way to get a seat in the special. List the character you prefer to play — if we can’t fill a table at your tier, we’ll give you the option of coming in with another character.
You may sign up for ONE special as a player in EACH session. (Remember that you can only choose to play Solstice Scar C or Scoured Stars Invasion in Session One.)
We’ll fill new tables from the player wait list.
On July 9th, based on demand, we may add a few extra tables of any special that proves popular.
So... Everything else opens early on July 1st.

How do we know if we're a GM working on said special(s)?
In my case, mostly as a backup again!Didn't notice who those were going to be mentioned on the Signup sheet
Backups are most definitely GMs working the special. I’ll make sure you’re contacted if you’re a backup or overflow (one of the GMs that we’re holding on to in case we need them.)
I’ll catch Tyranius and Dennis tomorrow about it, EM!
(This is part of the reason we waited to July 1st — it was to settle out all our volunteers first!)

Maybe it has been asked, but when do we get the scenario support? The day of the event or when Scenario support deadline ends? Modules come in our emails or here on our Paizo inbox.
Hmm’s quick guide to scenario support:
1) You sign up to run something.
2) On July 8th, I compile all the games and their GMs into a spreadsheet. I also fill out another summary form and then send both to Tonya, requesting support.
3) We wait.
4) We wait.
5) We wait some more, usually until one week or two before the convention.
6) Stuff starts dropping! Because we’re so large, scenarios will drop to people in two or three instances as Paizo staff will likely do it in batches. This means some people will panic because they think they’ve been forgotten, and then the next day, they’ll get their scenarios too.
7) Note: If you have not received your scenarios within 3 days of the first drops to others — and they’ll post about it — then contact me and I’ll get it fixed. But let three days pass first for both my sanity and yours.
★ ---- ★ ---- ★ ---- ★
How will it drop, you ask? You’ll get an email from Paizo telling you that you have SFS 3-14 Strawberry Machine Cake and Pi in your downloads. And then you’ll get to download it and start prepping your game!
I hope this answers your questions!
