The other day, i can´t acced to my account with my usual combination of email and password, then when im trying to reset my password the website says that mi email doesnt´t exist. In that moment i tried to create a new account whit the same email only for experimental purposses to see if the website told me that the email wass already in use. In my surprise the website let to me create the account.
I can´t acced to my habitual account...a account with payed download content.
I have emails of past operations, so im pretty sure that i have a funcional account and a profile.

But take in mind, that the website told me that the account doesn´t exist so i create a new account. That account, using my original hotmail, doesn´t have any of the previous material i bought and, in fact, doesn´t let me to post. That´s why i create this account.

I sent an email to the email address attached to the old account. It is not a hotmail email address. The email address you receive the email at is the one you will want to use to log in.

Sorry Diego, sometimes i called emails accounts "hotmails"
Yes it was a Gmail account, but i have the same problem:I have two accounts with the same email, one doesnt seems to exist anymore and the other its a "bad" account that use muy previous gmail,
But doesnt let me to post.
In theory, both uses the same Gmail but It seems that my original account its missing.
I can give you more data if you want , like past orders.

I can't see any other accounts with this email address attached to it, and the profile you provided above is the account attached to the email address I emailed you at.
So I see 2 accounts for you, the Retrolanx account, and the JavierSolerFenoll account. They each use different email addresses.
Can you try logging into the other account and tell me if you are able to or not, and if you are if you are able to see your downloads?

You should be able to log in to the account now. The email address will log you into the original account now and not the one you posted with on this thread.

It looks like you didn't get a password reset email sent to you to get back into your account. I have sent one now, so once you get that you should be able to log in. Just let us know if you are still having issues with it, and we'll be glad to do some further investigation.
