Cant complete online order

Hello I cant seem to be able to complete any online order from you. I have an account setup and I add items to my cart. During check out I fill in my address and payment details and whenever I click select his payment option it kicks me out to your front page.

This is not the only weird behavior I have been experiencing and not on just one computer. Your current setup is making it very hard for me to by products directly from you.

I got it to let me select both my payment and address but when I go to place order it states that my payment method isnt valid...(regardless of card used).

Apparently I needed to enter my payment method have it save then re click on that payment method step and select it again with my address " again". Then go to place my order...but now im just stuck on the verification code after I hit continue (I see a time dial count then nothing happens).

Oh wait something did happen...it kicked me back out to the front page. Are you having ridiculous server issues? Please tell me that is the case.

oK.........I went into my account and added my payment info and address there so I dont have to hope your checkout is saving the info for the next step in check out. It works. When I go to place order it askes for verification number...I give it (this is a different card now that I know works). It sent me back to my payment settings in my account page....what on earth is your site doing, and why does it hate taking my money.

Called customer service and left voice mail. Im done for now. If I could possibly purchase pdfs of your starfinder setting from someone else I would have an hour ago.

Hello Irish1983,

Your card was initially being declined due to, "The request is missing one or more required fields." It looks like you got that part resolved, because on your last 2 attempts the decline was an address verification failure. Usually this happens when the billing address attached to the card does not match what the bank has on file.
