unable to place order

I have a pdf in my cart that I'm wanting to purchase. I click on the three numbered buttons, but nothing happens, when I get to the third page, it tells me that once submitted, the pdf will be added to my account, but there is no button to submit the order. I've tried via chrome, edge, and firefox, and none of them display any buttons to complete the order.

Hello katataban,

Thank you for letting us know! If you have gone through all of the steps, you should see the red button that says "Place Your Order" just above "continue shopping" and the part about "what will happen when you place your order." If that's not showing up for you, please send us a screenshot so we can pass it on to our tech team to investigate.

In the meantime if it's still not showing up, just let me know and I'll be happy to submit the order from my end of the system. Just to verify, it's for the Pact Worlds PDF?
