We don't charge for anything until it ships. We just began shipping the subscription orders yesterday. It looks like yours shipped earlier today.


i know its suppose to arrive today but its not where need me and has not moved since the 23 can you figure out what happened?

Hello Chris,

8 business days from when the order was shipped will be Tuesday, May 2. On April 23 it was beginning the process of being transferred from UPS Mail Innovations to USPS. Depending on when that finishes the tracking link will be updated with a USPS delivery confirmation number. If USPS misses the scan the tracking may not be updated. If the package has not arrived by the end of the day on May 2 please let us know.
