I think in Crownfall it states the Baron's alignment as being LG, but in his section in Sognbird, Scion, Saboteur it says LN.
I think ultimately the "Lawful" is the most prominent part of his behavior and actions, but I'm curious as to what it's supposed to be. I'm leaning towards making him LG either way, but I was wondering what everyone else's take is.

I imagine that he is the LN foil to the CN Night Swan. He definitely seems much more interested in Lawful behaviour than any kind of good behaviour. A person has to actively try to do good to be good, otherwise you're just neutral.
But at the end of the day what works best for you and your players is the correct choice!
Perhaps he used to be LG but has become more hardened and less good-inclined since (or perhaps due to) the dramatic happenings in book one.

However on page 68 of the same book he's listed as LG.
That said I'm absolutely willing to accept the notion that up until very recently he was LG, but that recent events have shaken his convictions, which would explain why in the story he's become LN but the Gazetteer wouldn't have updated to reflect that.

Heimdall... err... I mean Okerra! ...is LN, yes.
My group doesn't even call him Okerra any more, it's just Idris Elba now and forever. I mean because he is look at him! Maybe that's why I want him to be LG too.
Edit: Uhh I just really looked at that screen shot and the pic for Okerra, nice red scarfs...hmmm
