Well it finally happened

Last year I preordered the Starfinder Core Rulebook which I picked up at GenCon. Admittedly, it's been sitting on the shelf most of the time since. About last week or so the binding finally broke. Is this still eligible for replacement?

I'm sorry to hear that! Yes, it is still eligible. Please email us some pictures that demonstrate the issue with the binding. We'll get back to you on that as soon as a we can, though it might be a little while as we are very backlogged right now.
