How to increase Rapier damage on a small character?

Random question! How would you best increase the damage on a halflings rapier at level 8? I know Weapon Finesse for Dex to Attack, then Weapon Focus Rapier and Fencing Grace, So you will get Dex to Damage. But other then that, How to increase the damage of the small rapier?

Power attack/Pirhana Strike

Then you can use spells Like Lead Blades.

Then Enchantments on the weapon.
