GenCon Store Credit

I was a tier one GM at GenCon and there was $80 store credit listed on the order I picked up at the convention, but it was not applied to my order at that time.

It was order 4374228 and if you add up the items, they totaled $198.71. That's what my card was charged.

So I'm wondering what happened to my store credit?

Thank you for letting us know. I have issued a refund of $80 to your original payment method. You should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it.
