I received a replacement CRB yesterday (Order 4524695)... but its binding "broke" within a single page-through of the tome. :(
Is there a "strategy" for holding out until a second printing? Or is the best tactic just to keep sending replacement requests until a "good one" arrives?

If I've got the option of going "on hold" until the second printing I'd love to do that! Do you need me to send in another e-mail-with-pictures, plus delay request, or is this thread all I need?
Though a bummer about the printing problems, you guys have really handled this like champs!

We received your email. As soon as the new printing arrives we will get a replacement on its way for you.
Excuse me for jumping in here, but I had the very same problem and sent the email specifying I would be willing to wait for a second print before seeing this post.
I know it will be some time before I receive any response to the email (I totally get you are very busy right now) but I wonder if I would need to “remind” you about the replacement when the second printing comes along or will you do it automatically? When, approximately, can we expect the second print? Just curious, I’m not in a rush as I can use the PDF for now (using the books with the defective binding deeply hurst my RPG soul).

We have received your email. You won't need to let remind us. We have you email in our inbox. I wanted Lonejedi to email us so we would have an email in our inbox as well. When a thread doesn't get new posts it moves behind other posts that have newer posts. So if all we have is a post it is easy for it to get lost so far behind more recent posts that we won't see it again when the new books arrive.
