I noticed my subscription order for the alien archive and the Dead Suns AP has been held up because it it waiting on a product to backorder. After some investigation it appears that one of my sidecart orders, Starfinder Core Rulebook Pawn Collection, was added to this order and is now holding up the entire shipment. Is there a way I can remove that item and place it with another shipment? Can you release the PDFs for the items that are ready to ship?

Since this is a subscription order, this one ancillary item his holding up both my physical copies of the new required-to-play book, as well as holding up my access to the PDFs. It is completely unacceptable for a sidecart item that is not ready to ship to be added to a subscription shipment and delay it. Please help

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into your order, and it appears that actually yours is one of the orders in which the Pawn collection is ready to go, since you had ordered it before the item went into backorder status. Your order is simply waiting in the shipping queue, and our warehouse has not yet reached it for shipping.

We are currently starting the second week of the shipping window, and we should be finished shipping subscription products by the end of this week. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email by the end of Friday, please let us know and we'll be glad to take a look to see what may be going on. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask.
