I would love to see unchained versions of the remaining core classes along with the Samurai. Maybe some of the classes from the advanced Class Guide like swashbuckler, shaman, etc.
I would love to see rules for a no armor campaign. So classes with armor prof. would gain alternate ways to get AC like monk-like AC bonus that uses wisdom or charisma, constant mage armor effects, natural armor(maybe based on con mod.), etc.

In Pathfinder Unchained they mentioned that the Fighter could start off with Combat Stamina so I'd start off with that.
* All Fighters get Combat Stamina for free.
* Either restrict Bloodrager alignment or remove alignment restriction for Barbarian.
* Have Bards have Bardic Masterpieces baked into class, maybe learn one every 5 levels or so.
* An alternate class for Brawlers where they learn a big pool of feats that they can Flex to use, but can't use beyond that pool.
* Rangers should have traps baked into their class. If they live off the land, it only makes sense they know how to trap food or whatever creature they're good at.
* Witch's Patrons are boring, no flavour text, just bonus spells. Give them anything, even a free at-will cantrip would be alright.

Hmm, adding options directly to the class increases the complexity. As it is right now, you can pick these additional options, but you don't have to. As soon as it's directly part of the class, many players feel obligated to bother. Sometimes people want something straight-forward, like doing attack rolls all day or throwing fireballs all day.
Also keep in mind that every power increase to the PCs can result in an upgrade to the NPCs or monsters. So relatively you don't gain an edge, but still have to deal with the more complex class.
Personally, I see some potential in simplifying rules. For example conditions like shaken, sickened and fatigued are quite complex, you could simplify them to 'you get -2 on any d20 roll' without losing much. This idea is not really mine but used in other systems.
