Starfinder binding issue

Hi,
I tried contacting Paizo by email a week ago over two issues.

The first issue was a potential missing shipment. That seems to have been resolved, with one out of three parcels arriving over three weeks after the first two. But, the main thing is the parcel arrived.

The second email was regarding the binding on my Starfinder. That has not been responded to and I am too concerned with using the printed book. Can someone please get back to me on the issue

I'm glad to hear the rest of your order arrived! I see your email but I don't see any pictures of your book with it. Please send us a picture or 2 of the book that I can pass along and we should be able to get it taken care of.
