The Core Book FAQ says:
"Prestige Class: If I take levels in a prestige class that advances spellcasting, does that give me access to my higher-level bloodline spells?
No. Likewise, it doesn't give you any additional bloodline feats.
If you were an oracle, it wouldn't give you any additional mystery spells. (However, it would give you higher-level cure or inflict spells, as those are part of the oracle's Spells class feature.)
If you were a witch, it wouldn't give you any additional patron spells.
If you were a wizard, it wouldn't give you access to your higher-level school powers.
And so on.
Prestige classes which advance spellcasting only advance caster level, spells per day, and (for spontaneous casters) spells known—essentially, the spellcasting features described in your class's Spells class feature description.
(Note that the dragon disciple class has the blood of dragons ability, which explicitly states that you get your bloodline powers and bloodline spells; this is a special ability of that class and not the normal state for advancing spellcasting with a prestige class.)"
Does this mean that a cleric who has entered a prestige class does not get further domain spells? I know they don't advance the domain powers, but wasn't sure about the spells.

That is entirely false bulletknight. The cleric is called out as receiving domain spells based on what spell level he has access to. Witches have their patron spells directly tied to class level. As such, domain spells do advance, patron spells do not.
Also, oracles cure or inflict spells is directly tied to spell level, that is why they continue to learn those spells.

I don't feel like finding the rule to quote, but clerics continue to gain domain spells as they level if their prestige class grants additional spell levels in a divine class (and the character chooses that divine class to be Cleric).

A cleric does get domain spells, but it's because of how the domain power works:
A cleric gains one domain spell slot for each level of cleric spell she can cast, from 1st on up.
Just like how the oracle gets cure or inflict spells because they are a part of the spells power, the cleric gets domain spell slots since they are a part of the domains power.

The domains power does an if yes/no check for your cleric spell casting. Because prc raise your cleric spellcasring you get domain spells. The powers however directly reference your cleric level.
As mentioned above oracle cure/inflict spells apply the same logic.
Most other bonus spells in the game from witch patron oracle mystery or word bloodline are seperate from the spellcasring class feature.
