How does total concealment from blindness work

Rules Questions

Heres the scenario, we are fighting 1v1 PvP. I have just cast Blindness against the Alchemist. He has failed his save, we are about 80 ft apart. It is now his turn what can he do? He has the feats point blank shot and precise shot. Is he able to use these feats? Is he able to still target me with his bombs, if so how would that work with the 50% chance to miss with total concealment. What other hindrances does he get when blinded, he is using his bombs every round to try to deal damage.

All feats still work.

He must designate the squire he believes his target is in. Guess wrong = auto miss.

If correct guess, roll to hit normally. If attack roll is successful, roll miss chance. On a miss due to concealment, resolve splash damage.

Splash damage is resolved normally. There is no miss chance associated with splash damage.

Point Blank shot only applies within 30 feet, so that's out.
Precise Shot negates a -4 penalty to attack creatures who are engaged in melee, which may or may not even apply to you.

If the alchemist wishes to throw bombs into the square where he last saw you, that's fair, and suffers a 50% miss-chance. That's it. There's no additional penalty.

Now, if you've moved (even a 5ft step) he likely has no way to find your square.

Neither will work, for two different reasons:

Point blank shot, as Anguish stated, requires a maximum of 30ft so won't work for anything farther than that. It will still work for any ranged attack made at a range of 30ft or less, though.

Precise Shot requires for the attacker to designate an opponent as the target. Per blindness "all opponents are considered to have total concealment (50% miss chance) against the blinded character", and per total concealment rules, "you can't attack an opponent that has total concealment, though you can attack into a square that you think he occupies. Thus, you cannot declare specific opponents while blinded, only shot at squares hoping an enemy is found inside.

Alchemist bombs also only have a range of 20 ft, so at 80 ft he will be unable to hit you.

They have a range increment of 20'.

You can throw them at 80', they just won't be very accurate.

You are correct. I forgot about that. So it would be at a penalty of -6.
