I am not a Paizo employee, but you are probably seeing authorizations, not actual settled charges. See this FAQ. Double that the address for your payment method exactly matches the address the using bank has on file, because the processor Paizo uses is very particular about exact address verification. If it does match, there may be some other issue. A customer service representative will be able to get you more info.

Hi rodjir,
It looks like you were initially having problems with the billing address, but they should be cleared up and the order was able to go through successfully. I'll go ahead and put through reversal requests for those extra authorizations, and you should see them release within 1-5 business days.
