I am in a campaign that is fast approaching Level 7 and I am looking at the different options that become available and Leadership is on my mind.

I am running a barbarian who has +0 to charisma, but I have Intimidating Prowess and my strength is +5.

From your GM point of view how would you feel about ruling IP to Leadership.

Also keep in mind that this character is very much a Chaotic barbarian who WOULD use intimidation to command his followers.

I have attempted to purchase the Core Rulebook PDF twice, and I can look on my account and see that 9.99 has been charged, and I still can't get the download. Please help?

We started yesterday. They spent an hour or so rolling characters. One made a giant house cat with a greataxe and the other a drow ninja. Then the first thing they wanted to do, even after being invited to the Pathfinder Lodge in the Docks, was to go surfing.

It's that kind of campaign.

Done and Done. The party went waaaay off the rails. They had an invitation to the Pathfinder Society and for the first few hours of the session they rolled their characters and just wanted to go surfing.

Hello!

I'm getting ready to start a brand new campaign for some friends of mine at work. For the first time ever, I have decided to start the campaign in the official Golarion setting. And they will be starting in Absalom. I have bought the official Absalom guide, downloaded several free starter pdfs, and bought one of the PFS Season 0 modules to get things going!

The best thing is that they have absolutely no idea about any of it, they also have no idea that I'm going to be recording it XD.

WHAT I NEED:
I'm looking for help from experienced PFS and other Inner Sea veterans to help construct a toolkit for a 2 player Level 1 party. Ideas to get them started on the adventure. Since its a two man team there's going to be very fast combat and if its anything like our previous sessions in my personal setting, they get combat done in minutes.

SOME COOL THIGNS:
I will be tracking time progression using the Golarian Calendar. That includes swapping out names of days and months XD also I will be using the online Calendar to track holidays and special events.

THE FIRST SESSION:
The story will begin with the two on a ship arriving at The Docks below The Beast. A Sea King Co. Emmisary named Bradley, along with a party of guards will greet them and welcome them to Absalom. He will ask them to fill out some paperwork and they'll be on their way. At that point I'll hand each of them some blank character sheets and they will roll up their characters.

I'm doing 25 point buy because there's two of them. I'm only letting them choose races and classes that are in the PFSRD on the paizo site.

After that I will cut them loose and much like Skyrim there will be the main quest in their pocket (An invitation to join the Pathfinder Society) and there will be plenty of opportunities along the way!

QUESTIONS:
I cannot seem to find the name of the official guards that are in The Docks. Also I would like to invite the community to name the first tavern they arrive at, UNLESS there's already a named one in the setting. This is just on the docks. A place for them to lay their heads down and get a rest.

I am getting ready to run my players through the PFS series but I'm totally confused by the site. Where do I buy the pdfs for PFS?

Hello everyone!

I am running a campaign that has been going strong for 1 year and 3 months now! It has been very consistent, as in we do it weekly and everyone shows up pretty much 100 percent so it is very close to the GM's dream campaign.

My main player, the party leader, a super good Paladin has just turned level 12 and is very close to fulfilling a prophecy that will grant him a legendary weapon called "The Sword of Belfum" Its a longsword with three separate gems, gems that the players have spent entire story arcs to get a hold of. Each one is a facet of nature, as well as an implement of one of the 3 good deities in the campaign. One LG, NG, and CG.

So this is very much the "Master Sword" of this campaign and I would like some help from veteran system users to see if I can balance this thing properly.

I want it to be more powerful than level 12, potentially what he uses for the rest of the campaign but I want to make sure it's not BROKEN.

Thinking a +4 Holy, Flaming , Courageous Longsword but am open to more mechanics oriented GM advice!

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Perhaps I missed something. How do we submit the item?
