I have two orders with the same status under tracking info, "Not yet shipped. Items have shipped." I haven't seen an email confirmation that either order has shipped, but all the pdfs are in my downloads page. Is this just more pre-gencon crazy that I shouldn't be concerned about?

Hello Nuttallfun,

All of your orders have processed for shipping (you would not have access to the PDFs if they had not). What you are seeing due to our system having 2 different things telling it whether a package has shipped. Once the shipping label is printed the system treats the order as shipped (this is when you will be charged and get any PDFs you should get) so it will reflect that the order has shipped on your end. Because we print the shipping labels much earlier in the process for subscriptions your order may not have actually shipped out when that happens. So our system sees the last day of our shipping window for the month (this month it is August 18) and says the package has not shipped until that date. So during subs you will often see what you are seeing now.
