Starfinder subscription please help!

I planned to process my order today for the 4 Starfinder subscription in my cart (Game, Maps, adventure path & Accessories ) with a gencon pickup. I went to process it and it updated and now all the products are gone except whats shipping down the road on these lines. How do I get this fixed I want all the new release items for these lines?

Hello General,

This is a display issue that happens when we are running the authorization for the month. While we're running it both the My Subscriptions page and the starting items on the subscriptions page don't display the current item. Normally this will display correctly again once the authorization is done. We're looking into getting it to display correctly so you can see the most current item during the auth, but that won't be active until the morning.

Any idea when this might be fixed? it still not showing the correct items. I do not want to miss the start of these subscriptions 4 new subscriptions along with the gencon pickup.

Hello General,

Yes, the starting options are displaying correctly. You should be able to start a subscription with the first item. The Adventure Path subscription will still show volume 2 as the starting option. You can get volume 1 by following the instructions in this post.
