The remix of Sweet Dreams does nothing for me.
Wow, that looks horrible.
How come adults get top billing when they are only in it for like 10 minutes? (At least in the book.)
If you're referring to Oprah it's not because she's an adult. It's because she's Oprah.

Also Oprah does get top billing because she's Oprah. But it also feels like she's going full on Morpheus from the Matrix here.

The remix of Sweet Dreams does nothing for me.
It could be a decent remix, but it's pretty wrecked by the singer, who doesn't even vaguely have the talent or range of Annie Lennox. The cuts don't help either.
As far as the film goes, eh. The hairstyles and visual approach to the cast is creeping me out, and not in a good way, just Oprah the talk show host in psycho-clown hair, and laughable facial art.
I think the remix adds an interesting tone to the trailer—it tells us that this is going to be something different, and heck, the instrumental is pretty nice. The cuts in the trailer were sort of confusing, but that just tells us that the trailer director didn't know what they were doing.
I'm optimistic. There were some cool visuals, awkward as the cuts between them may've been, and I love that it's not a bunch of white people. That alone makes me glad this movie came out now, and not 10-20 years ago. The clip of the "ball scene" gave me chills.
Like I said, It seems like they want to make Oprah's character more like Morpheus. Which is weird since I never thought Mrs Whatsit was anything more than an enlightened person, not a warrior poet.

Terrible trailer. The movie may well be perfectly fine, though.
