Has Solistice Scar from PaizoCon been fully reported?

I received an email from one of the players at my table of Solstice Scar from PaizoCon, saying that the game hadn't shown up in his list of sessions. I checked, and it also hasn't shown up in my list of GMed sessions.

Are there still issues, and is reporting of Solstice Scar from PaizoCon still known not to be complete? Or should I be worried that my table never got reported?

(I have another table from PaizoCon that wasn't reported. This was "The Green Market", which I ran as a pre-PaizoCon game. I asked HQ if I could just give them the reporting sheet, and was told yes. I believe that this worked in previous years. Later in the con, I was hearing that HQ did *not* want to report individual pick-up games, but that we should do it ourselves. So, I did it wrong... but didn't know that until I no longer had the reporting sheet. Is there any hope that session will ever be reported?)

Hmm, OK. Mine got lost in the shuffle somewhere. I'd better dig and make sure I didn't accidentally run off with the reporting sheet myself.

It's worth pinging Walter too. The special wasn't showing up in my sessions, and he fixed it very quickly.

I hate to jump in on this, but I also have not seen my Solistice Scar session reported along with another scenario I ran. I'm afraid I'm with rknop and did not save a copy of the reporting sheet.

Hey there! So ALL sessions for PFS were reported at PaizoCon 2017. There's no lag time, no late sessions being entered presently. If you don't see your session up there, then something went wrong. There are 3 possibilities.

1. We couldn't read your handwriting, so entered the wrong number.
2. The #PaizoForumTrolls ate your session. Hotel internet was touch and go, so it's a solid bet.
3. Your reporting sheet was lost in the shuffle and was never reported.

In any case, the process to get them reported now is the same.

Shoot me a PM (or email) with the following.

1. Your PFS #
2. Whether you GM'd or played.
3. The date of your game
4. What game you are missing!

With just that, I can get it entered in just a few moments.

So don't worry about needing a copy of your reporting sheet, just those details are enough. If your players are missing the session, they'll reach out and contact me (ultimately) who can add their credit without difficulty.
