Getting all martial weapon proficiency is pretty much only possible as part of a class. So if you need all of them, you have to multiclass. That's part of the point of eldritch knight, to keep you from being single class to enter the class.
I mean, you COULD go magus into eldritch knight. Kinda redundant, though.
Anyway, Hogeyhead, the entire idea of eldritch knight is that you're supposed to multiclass a full BAB class and a full arcane caster.

Is there a way to get martial weapon proficiency without a dip or going variant multiclass oracle? Ib want to know for eldrich knight. I know eldrich knight isn't all that good, but still I'm curious.
Could ask your GM really, really nicely....Sarcasm aside, yes, you can totally meet the requirements for Eldritch Knight with several classes, you just can't do so at a low level.
For example, a Bloodrager will meet the requirements for Eldritch Knight at 10th level. The Magnus will meet the requirements at 7th level.

Some Mysteries give Full Martial Weapon Proficiencies.
Are we talking about some variant Eldritch Knight? Bacause I'm not sure how the Oracle can meet the other requirement...

Aristocrat is 3/4 BaB

You use Variant Multiclassing to exchange feats for Oracle abilities, including a selectable revelation. You pick one that gives full martial proficiency.
