So in one of my previous sessions, I was running a grappling build, and a buddy was a high level cleric. My buddy put down a blade barrier, and I moved my grappled target through it three times. Aside from the disgusting amount of damage, I have some questions.
1) Does the grappled/pinned target get to make reflex saves against the blade barrier? If so, are there any penalties past the reduced Dex from grappling/pinned?
2) Can blade barrier apply damage multiple times per turn to the same creature?
If you could quote and give the page number of the relevant rules for this so I can discuss it with my group, that would be excellent!

0) Flagging for wrong forum. There is a Rules Questions subforum.
1) Yes. No.
2) No relevant rules to discuss. The damage happens to "Any creature passing through the wall", with no limit per round given. That's like asking "if I hit him my sword more than once, does he take damage only one time?"

If you can move a grappled creature more than once per round (such as with the Greater Grapple feat) you could move it through the Blade Barrier multiple times per round for much pain. Sure.
Keep in mind though this clause from the CRB grapple rules:
Move: You can move both yourself and your target up to half your speed. At the end of your movement, you can place your target in any square adjacent to you. If you attempt to place your foe in a hazardous location, such as in a wall of fire or over a pit, the target receives a free attempt to break your grapple with a +4 bonus.

Want to put emphasis on that you can only place the target in an adjacent square at the end of your movement.
There is also a FAQ thread request regarding the placement of Blade Barrier and similar. Does it go thru the middle of a square, or along the borders of the square?
Matters particularly to your question since you cannot actually stand IN the blade barrier but take damage only when passing thru it. Unlike Wall of Fire, Blade Barrier is essentially 2D.
Regardless of the FAQ though, and how cool it would probably look, and there is some fun thematic elements here to be sure... At some point you and the subject of the grapple are by definition on opposite sides of a (in this case) damaging wall. Something to think about.
