As the political scene in the ancient kingdom of Taldor explodes into chaos, players take the roles of agents, advocates and saboteurs working for Princess Eutropia to help secure her claim to the throne and prevent the nation from collapsing into civil war. Wait, completely monthly campaign? So does that mean this AP is DOUBLE the length of a standard Adventure Path?

I'm not sure how you could get the concept that this is a double-lenght AP. It's not. The installments of War for the Crown come out on a monthly schedule, just like every other Pathfinder AP.

The solicitation text quoted at the top of this thread can't assume that everyone who reads it knows what an Adventure Path is, so it has to inform the potentially brand-new-to-Paizo reader what an Adventure Path is.

Really excited about this actually. I have really enjoyed Hell's Rebels so far, but it will end in a few months as our group splits up with half of us moving. So hopefully I can get my new group to do this (maybe even all vigilante's as I mentioned in the other thread), to keep that intrigue vibe going. You know on top of the 5-6 other campaigns I want to do, not mention stuff they want to do.

Agreed, all Vigilante stuck in my head as well as a great theme for the PCs to explore the AP.

I would imagine the AP is being written with Ultimate Intrigue in mind. :-)

And, I suppose, is germane in the sense that said noob might have other ideas if they read a Starfinder AP release schedule (every other month).

I just dropped in after a long while to see what's been happening in Paizoland, and whoa! This is the campaign I've been wanting to see since forever! Whoever is responsible for coming up with this, you've found my Awesome Button and this might be, after so many years of role playing, be what finally pushes it.

I guess all I need now is a new gaming group...
