A class that create's it own unique legendary weapon

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

I was on youtube looking at intros from old cartoons from my youth, and came across the Thundercats. In line with the topic title, i got to think the Sword of Omens isn't really all that powerful if my memory serves me right, but there isn't anything like it in DnD. So the idea hit me what if there was away to make it, then i thought why isn't there a class like a fighter type that can slowly invest some resource into a item can gradually make it into a weapon of legend? 3rd party stuff like the Soulknife seems pretty close to the general idea, so does things like the Aegis. I think Pathfinder could find a reasonable balance in designing such a class that allows a warrior to through deed and skill craft such a weapon or suit of armor, and make it their primary focus throughout 20 levels.

There's the Black Blade Magus. If you combine that with the Mythic rules and make it your Legendary item, you could reach a pretty powerful weapon by the end of it. (That's actually what I'm hoping to pull off in one of my current games)

That sounds interesting, I'd like to hear how it works out.

It powers up his team mates (Good hope or prayer?), only thing that damages the big bad (could be due to material though: adamantine since slices through steel like nothing), lets him scry as if it was a crystal ball.

It can be a light or 1 handed sword as well.
Are you telling me that isn't powerful?
Scry alone is very expensive.
Even deflects rays.
Later it could teleport him to another place in Return to Thundara part 5.
He can call it to his hand by calling it, ""Sword of Omens, come to my hand.".

In the new show, he could even use it to see invisible creatures.

Minor Sword of Omens: 15, 315gp
Basically Shatterstrike +1, but adamantine. But also changes from a dagger to longsword form. Charges 5 each day.
1 charges activates Scrying using the sword as a crystal ball with see invisibility.
1 charge can call it to yourself when not in your hand.
1 charge, as an immediate action to deflect rays as snatch arrows letting you shoot back ray.
1 charge to cast prayer.

Lesser Sword of Omens 21, 315gp
Basically Shatterstrike +2, but adamantine.

Sword of Omens 37, 315gp
Basically Shatterstrike +3, but adamantine. But also changes from a dagger to longsword form. Charges 5 each day.

Incredibly well, depending on build.

I'm running a bladebound kensai in RA that did exactly this.

Spoiler:
The game my Bladebound kensai is in has a lot of the Mythic rules toned down by quite a bit, and the Undetectable legendary weapon power was removed from the game after the first time I used it with Greater Invisibility. Other than that My Magus
