AP Subscription Question

I recently restarted my subscription with the AP line and noticed on my email that I am getting volume 1 and 3 of the Invasion of Ironfang, but for some reason I am not getting volume 2. Why is that and can you correct it?

Same here....

I'm missing in my subscription 116 Ironfang PDF and physical never arrived.

117 is available via PDF but physical hasn't arrived yet.
