TL;DR: What do you want to see from a Compatible Publisher for Ironfang Invasion?
So I have the first two volumes and I am still voraciously reading them down. I miss my Paizo crack. I haven't been this excited for an AP since Kingmaker, and you may remember how much I supported that AP. (If you don't, please check out the Book of the River Nations.
So what do you want to see for compatible support for this AP? I know I have my ideas, but I want to know what you want to see.
Here's what I can think of off the top of my head:
- Mercenary companies, enemy NPCs that will hunt down the adventurers, each group with their own tactics and ways they interact
- Adventurers from the Book of Heroic Races: Advanced Compendium, want to play a wyrwood druid, a catfolk arcanist, a tengu cavalier, or skinwalker ranger, but don't want to build it yourself, we can take care of that for you
- Monsters, monsters, monsters, want more leshies, how about some hags, maybe some fey with class levels, we can do that.
- Core book NPCs, there's some NPCs in this AP that take classes from the advanced class guide and occult adventures and some more using earlier hardcovers (apg, uc), if you don't own all the Pathfinder hardbacks or if you are just not that familiar with them, we can always come up with an NPC gallery of replacement NPCs, all using core rulebook options.
But what are your thoughts...

I'm with you, Dale: this AP is awesome. I ran Kingmaker (using your supplements, by the way; thank you), and like you I get that same vibe from reading this one. The story line is so well crafted and tight, thus far. I'm really impressed. And sad that it'll be at least a year before I have the opportunity to run this.
Other than what you've listed the first thing that comes to mind are interesting random encounters. If you go by the book there are going to be two encounters per day, and often one at night. The meager lists at the back of the books isn't gonna cut it. Things will become very stale very quickly. And if you were to include interesting encounter maps to go with the actual encounter, that would be even better.
Next would be a travelling market for PCs to get their custom stuff from (because the vast majority of groups are not going to be okay with only playing with what they find). The seed of an idea is planted for one, but more fleshing out would be good.
Last thing I can think of would be "common" NPCs. If the idea is to get invested in this ragtag band of refugees then there needs to be a large number of personalities and faces to get to know. I recently read the Shackled City AP, and the level of detail that went into the setting was absolutely amazing. It's no wonder that one is popular. I think Rise of the Runelords was similar, and Kingmaker to a certain extent. Again, two very popular APs. This one needs more than just the "special" NPCs that are already listed.
If I think of more I'll hop back on.
Edit: Already thought of something: The Legion are going to be turning their conquered areas into something palatable to them. What does that look like? The likelihood that players want to infiltrate and spy on their enemies is high. Give them interesting locales and situations to find.

Thank you, Drogon.
I started writing up some commoner NPCs that come along with the PCs during this adventure. Each one is given a personality, goal, a "if they are given a promotion, what would they like to do," and a "how will they help if not given a promotion." They are fun, flavorful and will help GMs alot for groups that want to get to know every NPC in their resistance band but do not have the time to make them fun and unique.
