I know with some of the nolzurs D&D minis they have clear sections for transparency effects, do these by any chance have clear sections for the fire effect?

I believe these guys are mostly clear.

These should look exactly like the large "Hellhound" mini from Deadly Foes, which is mostly clear.

The release date is march 22nd, maybe some actual photos can be posted then?

The figure is cast in clear plastic while the base is not.

Yep—after we received finished product, we updated the descriptions for each of the initial releases specifying which bits are translucent (since you really can't tell from the images).

Could you update the images now that you have the products or maybe do a blog with actual pictures?

I think that would help people decide if they need these.
Especially in case of these "Hellhounds", as they could appeal even to people who don't paint minis, as they can be used as ghost dogs or invisible animal companions...

Edit: I've seen pictures of the familiar set in which the "bat" (the other two are not) is translucent. Can you confirm or debunk that?

I know the web store team was looking into doing some *packaged* photos, but the fact that they're uniformly grey (apart from the translucent bits) makes them challenging to photograph loose.
