Although its probably already been mentioned in some of the replies above, the very concept reminds me of the infamous "Book of Erotic Fantasy".
The BoEF was one of our inspirations to do this (along with about five other books from the same general time as the BoEF).
I'll probably pick it up when it comes out, but I doubt I will ever use any of its content for any game I run (but than I can say that for a LOT of the stuff I buy from Paizo itself [DAMN, but you make a lot of content!! ^_^)
One of our goals was to make the archetypes, feats, and spells useful in all games - even PG rated ones. And by useful, I mean during combat, investigation, and the usual stuff that happens during a D&D/Pathfinder adventure.
I will say, if you think you will pick it up at some point, please pledge the Kickstarter - even if you only do so for $1. All backers, even $1 backers, get some NPC pdfs that are exclusive to the Kickstarter, so it's worth it even if you do wait until later for the main book.

I do recall that that book actually did treat the subject with maturity (I particularly liked how they described how each Alignment would possibly treat sexual situations).Risky. Very risky.
I really, hugely, massively hope that this can be done with respect and care for the subject matter (the list of names involved gives me hope).
Good luck on this.
Yeah, I consider that section to be one of the best things on alignment that I have run across.

Oh, I did, not long after I made that post here :-)

Only $40 away from the next stretch goal.
I am hoping it gets to the next one...more options for more classes.
Hey...can you preview what some of the ideas for Swashbuckler and Slayer and Investigator Are?
I would love to - and I will do so once we make the 13,600 goal.
Sadly, we lost a backer, putting us back down a bit. Hopefully things will have corrected by morning. If so, I will post a preview of something then.

Yeah, I consider that section to be one of the best things on alignment that I have run across.
Chapter 6 of the Book of Passions is my own take on that same idea. I took the nine alignments and combined them with a new axis - sex positive, sex neutral, and sex negative (in this context, positive means that sex is viewed in a positive manner - it doesn't necessarily mean following "sex positive" philosophy since).
Your standard D&D setting would typically be fairly Sex-Neutral, with specific settings going a bit positive or negative. For example, Golarion leans sex-positive (various LGBTQ individuals, sacred and secular prostitution, etc) while Krynn (the world where Dragonlance takes place) leans sex-negative (mild to moderate homophobia, life-mating elves, casual sex equated with evil, a few other things).

For those not checking back every so often, there's now a specific amount given for another stretch goal! At $20,000, backers will receive a 32-page PDF coloring book of the art from the original book and the extras, with your choice of "normal" or "furry" versions!
At three days out, we're far from that goal, but maybe there'll be a last-minute rush?

Ask and thee shall receive... a few days later.
The Investigator gains one new talent and two new archetypes, the Oathseeker (an investigator trained to seek (and bring to justice) those who break their word) and the Seductive Sleuth (who can use inspiration on seduction checks and gains resistances against the seduction of others).
Slayers gain two new talents and one archetype - the Courtesan Assassin, who can study a target as a free action if he or she is currently engaged in a sexual encounter with that target.
The Swashbuckler gains an archetype - the Gallant Swordsman, who gains courtly love abilities for multiple beloveds (rather than just one, as is standard for the courtly love feat). The Gallant Swordsman can also spend courtly love points as if they were panache points.

Assuming the 20k mark is reached, how much extra would it be to get both versions of the coloring book?
Looking at the current total, I'd guess it's an achievable goal, though nowhere near a sure thing.

Considering my last message...tease. ;)
After the kickstarter a hardcover version of the book will be available for purchase?

And now sex to gain influence! Woo!
That part was easy enough (since the current rules function just fine for that). I thought the other section that didn't get mentioned - using the influence rules to chart romantic relationships - was more impressive personally.
We also created some examples of sexually themed organizations (and how to gain influence within them).
Alternate Leadership rules will be interesting.
For this, we wrote another set of 4th level mini-Leadership feats, including "Bodyguard" and "Camp Follower."
Love libraries?
Libraries dedicated to romantic or sexual topics. Margherita wrote up one that involves reading information off of courtesans with magical tattoos.

Will the $20 pledge level pdf be in color?
Thanks for the update!

The Passionate Intrigues booklet stretch goal has been unlocked! Booyah!
Yup. Which means that the two new verbal duel tactics we wrote will be available.
Also, remember that Impassioned Rogue that I did for the 150 backer stretch goal? He appears in Passionate Intrigues as well with a full social stat block write-up, sway goals, etc.

Will there be any long-lasting cosmetic polymorph spells in the book?
Not as of yet, although there was a backer suggestion along those lines.
Most current polymorph spells can get through a sexual encounter with either extending or recasting (or both).
Some class archetypes allow for longer transformations.
