Oh yes, for one, i wanted to run as many combinations of the same basic words as i could think of without filtering just for funsies.

For another, i actually like the idea that a lot of ship names wont make sense. when you figure that there must be 30-40 languages spoken in the Pact Worlds you are going to end up with less than perfect translations. moons and stars can both be good symbols or power, size, importance, any number of things, so they are good elements for use in names but abstract notions or poetic intent can be tricky to translate so you end up with the Moonstar :)

On a similar note, here is another one:

In its original Vesk it refers to a specific concept of hate turning into blind rage, they see it as an anger that grows until it blooms into a beautiful and dangerous berkserker rage that can compel a warrior to accomplish legendary things... but when you run it through a cheap translator into galactic common you end up with HATE FLOWERS painted across your hull.

I don't think this should be too hard, from what I can tell all you need to do is randomly generate a number between 1 and 1000 (or 0 and 999), and assign a name to each number.

Actually it was 1003, at some point someone (probably me) miscounted. Oh, and CKent83, I removed the Executor from the list cause you had exactly one too many, and we already have the Executioner, which was pretty close. It got added to the list of extra bonus names off to the side.
