Thanks for your question! I took a look into your order, and it seems that all of the items in the order are either preorders or subscription items, which are not eligible for the discount.
From the text on the card: "Offer valid on non-subscription, non-backorder, non-preorder products only. Electronic products from companies other than Paizo are not eligible for this discount."
Sorry for the confusion with that! You should be able to use the discount for any other eligible items up until the 31st.
I believe the reason you didn't see the promo code box was because you were adding the items to your sidecart. If you set the items to ship normally first, you should be able to enter the code and then switch the shipping back to sidecart afterwards. (Or just let us know and we can apply the discount manually.)

None of the items currently in the order will qualify for the discount holiday17 discount (as they are all subscription items or preorders), so I'm leaving the code off of it.
Since these were added to your sidecart, but do not ship until August, we'll need to handle the store credit a bit differently. You'll want to just leave the store credit on your account. Then, after your July order ships, you'll want check your subscriptions settings and set them to "Use store credit." That way, when your August subscription order is generated, any available store credit will be applied to the order.
