Drow and elven racial feats

Do drow elves count as "elf" for the purpose of feats. Stabbing shot has a prerequisite of elf, so I'm curious if they can take this feat or if it's reserved for elves and half elves.

Yes, they do count as elves.

You can tell that they count as Elves by looking at their subtype.

If you really want to steal all the advantages, be a half-elf with the Drow Paragon and Racial Heritage feats. Maybe also the Sorcerer Orc Bloodline.
