Eidolon's evolutions

Rules Questions

this is more a hope than a question because (unfortunately) it is very clear: if a summoner gets level in another class, and so forever example he is summoner 4/something else 1, can he take the evolution "fly" for his eidolon which requires to be 5th level? dose that 5th level mean 5 HDs or 5 levels as summoner? (don't call me noob and don't f**k me around, I'm just dreaming...)

You'd have to be a 5th level summoner: that is, with 5 levels from the summoner class. I suppose there might be a work around for this, possibly in the form of a trait, but I don't know of any. Good luck!

I looked for a feat...but for the moment I haven't found anything

otherwise I'm thinking the possibility to find a wonderous item that increase the effective level reguarding one class ability...does it exist anything like this?

Not for Summoner. There are currently no ways whatsoever that let your Eidolon catch up from falling behind due to multiclassing.

Considering even the occult summoner, Spiritualist, got a feat to patch multiclassing first, I feel like Summoner is intentionally being denied such a feat.
