The subject says it all but to give more clear details, I am curious to find out, without any spoilers, which god or goddess one can worship and be story relevant in the AP. I know Iomedae herself plays a big roll in this AP, but how about others?
My GM is a great guy, but the group is a bit more casual on the whole, and we will also be playing this AP over the course of a single 24 hour event (a gaming marathon for charity coming up). This means that unless it's in the book he's a lot less likely to go out of his way to make a god not represented much in the AP a bit more prominent, since he's already going to be dealing with quite a lot. So that means, to better enjoy the story, I'd be better off tailoring my character more towards it rather then hoping he'll add a few things in for me.
So, in the story, what Gods and Goddesses find themselves adequetly represented for story purposes? Does Sarenrae and her followers get any spot light? Does Erastil and his? How about everyone's favorite freedom fighter, Cayden and his motley followers?
Thank you all for your time.

It isn't a spoiler to say that the church of Iomedae plays a huge role in the campaign. In-game, the entire crusade against the Worldwound is led by the Church of Iomedae and the government of Mendev... which is itself fully aligned with the Church of Iomedae.
Worship of any of the good-aligned deities would work...
Crusading Faiths: The faiths of Abadar, Iomedae, Sarenrae, Shelyn, and Torag are the most active among the crusaders of Mendev, although those of other good deities and empyreal lords (particularly Desna or the Empyreal Lord Pulura) have important roles to play as well. Faith in a deity is not required, but many of the allies and resources you’ll be encountering have ties to the good deities of Golarion.
It's not exactly a spoiler to say that if deities are called out by name in a player's guide, then there is probably going to be someting in the adventure aimed at worshipers of those faiths.

As far as being story relevant goes - your best bet is Desna. Torag has a couple of things happening. There aren't really any big Sarenrae callouts. I mean, other than redemption being a running theme throughout the whole AP.
I'm also curious as to how far your GM thinks he will get in the plot in just 24 hours. Does he want to finish it? There's a lot going on in Wrath.
