My question is this: If a character uses this feat, can he then combine it with with a two handed weapon?
As far as i can tell, it would work with any off hand weapon, so i got a bit curious about this.

If you are asking do you lose the AC bonus then no, but at the same time you never really gain it either. It requires certain conditions before you even gain the AC bonus per the first feat in the style feat chain.
The feat being asked about changes the rules for losing the AC bonus, but never changes the rules for gaining the AC bonus.
When using this style, if you begin your turn wearing a gauntlet or spiked gauntlet on your off hand, and you are not using that hand to hold or make attacks with any other weapons or shield, you gain a +1 shield bonus to AC. You lose this shield bonus whenever you attack with your gauntlet or hold a weapon or shield in that hand. While receiving this shield bonus to AC, your gauntlet or spiked gauntlet is treated as a buckler for the purpose of using other feats and abilities (though you are also considered to have a free hand). This feat acts as the Improved Unarmed Strike feat for the purpose of satisfying the prerequisites of the Deflect Arrows and Snatch Arrows feats.
This first feat in the chain gives you 3 conditions which make you gain the bonus to AC:
*not using that hand to hold any other weapons*not using that hand to make attacks with any other weapons
*hold or make attacks with a shield in that hand.
----------------------------------------------
You still do not gain the bonus to AC if you attack with any weapon other than a spiked gauntlet or gauntlet weapon.
The conditions to retain the bonus are " you no longer lose your shield bonus to AC when you attack with your gauntlet (or spiked gauntlet) or use it to hold a weapon."
*attack with your gauntlet (or spiked gauntlet)
*or use it to hold a weapon.
Permission is never given to attack with another weapon and keep or even gain the bonus to AC.

At the same time, it looks to me as though the intention were to say "remove these restrictions from the style". But my fellow freelancers often write things in odd ways, and development only complicates the issue further. (In addition, I'm not sure all of them are familiar with the forum's highly literal and extremely particular way of reading rules text.)
shrug
I'd let it work. But if someone else reads it differently, I'll not gainsay them in this matter.

Wraithstrike - but you just yourself listed one of the condition for shielded gauntlet master: held any weapon. Nor does a person lose the AC bonus when making a attack with gauntlet (or spiked) for that matter. That is two conditions that says, that you keep the AC. And it stands to reason, that a person is spending 4 feats in order to do this.
but then again....we have seen bad feat chains before.
im stil curious about this, sinds this is a feat chain i might aim for in PFS with my half-orc fighter, despite prefering the greatsword. What i dont do for our lord in iron, glorious he is!

Won't work for a host of reasons:
You can't get a benefit for holding something, this requires you attack with the Gauntlet (see things like defending weapon property.)
You can't use your offhand twice, so you can't use a gauntlet and a two handed weapon in the same round. Multiple iterative attacks could be a way to avoid this.

Spending 4 feats and it being logical has nothing to do with what the rule is.
I also don't understand your explanation or how it counters anything I said.

As written, it 100% works this way.
Being both a style chain and a long feat chain, I see nothing wrong with allowing this.
The conversation is not about whether or not it should be allowed. I think we would all allow it. The question is how does it work if you go by how it is written.
