I just wanted to say that my call to customer service to swap my sidecart around was a pleasant and efficient experience.

With some of the (miserable!) phone calls I've been party to this summer, it made this one stand out.

Paizo, your support staff rocks just as hard if not harder than the people on the production end of things.


I've used Paizo's customer service in the past, and they've been nothing but a class act. I echo the kudos.

Another company with excellent customer service is Dreamscarred Press. I've never dealt with any other companies besides Paizo and DSP, but I can say they're all very courteous and professional.

So...I guess I should conclude from this thread that Paizo's telephone customer service is considerably better than Paizo's e-mail customer service?

I'll keep that in mind for next time I have to contact Paizo CS.


It's certainly more immediate.

Ultimately though, it's the same people and the same quality of service in my experience. It can just take a while to get to the resolution. If speed is an issue with something, I always call to sort things out rather than email (I save email for the waffly, not-time-sensitive stuff or the stuff I don't need an answer on).

I've never had a problem with either live calls or emails. CS has always been absolutely excellent.
