I know that I've seen a list somewhere of Tier 1 scenarios, but all I can find at the moment from Paizo are the evergreens. I remember that the Murderer's Mark scenario is a Tier 1 though...
Can anyone help me find the other Tier 1's?
Murder's mark is a level 1 module.
Crypt of the everflame works the same way

As of the Season 8 Guide, all of these "Adventures" are considered "Evergreens", meaning unlimited playthrough with a Level 1. You may playthrough with a Level 2 as well, and apply GM credit to a Level 2, but only once each per Adventure.
SCENARIOS:
#5-08 - The Confirmation
#6-10 - The Wounded Wisp
#7-10 - The Consortium Compact
First Steps, Part 1: In Service to Lore
1XP MODULES:
Master of the Fallen Fortress
We Be Goblins!
We B4 Goblins!
3XP MODULES:
Crypt of the Everflame
The Godsmouth Heresy
Murder’s Mark
Thornkeep, The Accursed Halls
Emerald Spire, The Tower Ruins
3XP ADVENTURE PATHS:
#67 - The Snows of Summer
#79 - The Half-Dead City
In addition, "Quests" also grant unlimited playthrough with a Level 1. The most recent Quest Arc (currently Honor's Echo) may only be played through with a 1st Level Pregen.
QUEST ARCS:
The Silverhex Chronicles
Phantom Phenomena
Honor's Echo

what are you trying to say here?
He's saying that a developer has clarified that no, people cannot play second level characters in Tier 1 scenarios like Master of the Fallen Fortress, First Steps, and the like. Tier 1 and Tier 1-2 adventures are both replayable, second level characters can only play in Tier 1-2.

... we now return you to the "scenario vs. module vs. adventure" argument for MoFF once again.

For note - First Steps is a Scenario.
Master of the Fallen Fortress is a Module.
All Tier 1 and 1-2 adventures can be replayed an unlimited number of times with a 1st-level character for credit. The Tier 1 and 1–2 adventures can also be played with a 2nd-level character once for credit in each campaign mode (Core and Standard Modes).
Linda has clarified that First Steps Part 1 does not qualify for 2nd level replay, but Master of the Fallen Fortress is still a Tier 1-2 adventure, and can be played and GM'd once each with 2nd level characters/credit.

For completeness I am posting here as well as the other thread that "adventure" is defined as covering both scenarios and modules in the guide. You must be in tier for all adventures, including MotFF.

Sigh....
I wish someone would put it in the Guide in understandable language. At this point I don't really care how it is - I'm tired of trying to explain it to new players, only to have to change it (again) the next time I'm running it.
They would really benefit from a technical writer on the staff. Confusion stemming from unclear wording comes up a lot.

I'm not sure if it's the writing of the guide or the 50 different views on the forums of what the wording ment that confuses people.
