Is there any way to gain a Summoner's Aspect class ability aside from actually being a Summoner? (or VMC)

Pretty much what the title says, im just wondering if there is any way to get both an Eidolon and this class ability without being a summoner

No.

You can get evolution points through a Hunter archetype with a dead familiar, and you can get evolution-less Eidolons through a Druid archetype, but there's nothing with both.
