Where can I voice a complaint?

I've been trying to have community@paizo.com explain something to me about a message they sent to me and the replies so far have been dismissing my question or evading answering my question and recently said they are done responding to me about this issue. As such I'd like to voice a complaint about it, but I'm not sure where I can go to do that. Where can I post an official complaint? Is there an overseer or something that I can email about this?

If you wanted to complain about the community team's response to an issue, my guess would be Jeff Alvarez at jeff.alvarez@paizo.com, but Vic Wertz at vic.wertz@paizo.com is pretty active on the messageboards in general.

I'd also guess they're probably already aware of your issue, so it may not amount to much. Nonetheless, that's where I'd suggest going if you really can't accept community@paizo.com's position.
