GM Credit and Boon interaction question.

If a PC only has GM credit, does it count as a new PC for purposes of boons? Like if the judge credit date is before the date on the boon?

For most purposes yes
for the Early entry spell like ability no
For an aasimar/tiefling yes
For "this boon must be applies to a first level character yes

So if it helps the boon in question is Pathfinder Apprentice which specifies new 1st level PC. So if the PC in question only has judge credit, can I apply it to him is what I'm asking.
