Where is this thing?

Its almost 4 months now and still no information.

My payment has gone through but no tracking, no shipping confirmation, nothing.

Meanwhile my summer students are blasting through all the Wizards of the Coast products because this company still doesnt have their things together.

Unbelievable.

Half a year and no way to get my humble money back either.

Bait and switch.

Paizo, you guys have most definitely steered away my gaming groups.

Hope its not too late for a chargeback.

I'm sorry you were caught off guard by the delay with Beginner Box shipping. We tried to communicate with folks as best we could that the Beginner Box Humble Bundle promotion blew through our inventory of Beginner Boxes incredibly quickly and we were ordering a reprint as fast as we could. Our estimate for when all of the currently submitted Beginner Box orders these will ship by is the end of July. We understand that this is quite a long time after the initial Humble Bundle promotion ended and that folks are eagerly awaiting their Beginner Boxes and we are doing our best to get our reprint shipped to folks as soon as possible.

Looking at your order specifically, it looks like we initially tried to ship your box two weeks ago but we were unable to complete the transaction for the shipping & handling. Looking at the order, the payment method was successfully authorized this morning and your Beginner Box order should be shipping very soon. We have so many of these boxes shipping at the moment, I unfortunately cannot pin it down further than that, but you should receive the shipping notification sometime between now and the next few business days.

There was nothing bait and switch about it. If you have been checking the updates and emails, they have been very upfront about the delays and what is causing them. These things take some time to physically produce, process, and ship.

(Also, Humble Bundle is NOT an online store for people who want good deals but rather a charitable organization dedicated to raising money for various charities around the world. If you want something and want it NOW then go to a store and buy it, if not then be happy that not only did you get a smokin deal but also helped those in need.)
