Dear CS team,
This order was just (attempted to be) delivered. I handed it back to the mail carrier and asked her to return it to you. This is no fault of yours, but the product in it's cardboard envelope looks like it was attached by a barghest and was sundered.
The packaging was ripped in two places, and completely crumpled with two distinct creases that bent the binding width-wise and basically destroyed the integrity of the book/product.
I took several pictures with my cell-phone and didn't bother to even open it (further anyways). I can share or provide any of these pictures for you if you need them.
Regardless, at this point I asked that it be returned to you. It's not the carrier's fault I'm sure, but I told her that it was unacceptable to try to deliver it in that condition, and walk away. I can't imagine anyone would feel right dropping that off at the doorway, ringing the bell and then whistling on to the next stop.
Please let me know if you need any anything further from me, but I am hopeful that a replacement can be sent to me soon.
Thank you in advance.
Robert

I've set up a replacement order for you. Hopefully this one makes it to you without getting attacked by a barghest or any other beasts!
