GenCon 2016 Registration Experience

You all are most welcome! I like making players happy!

I'm looking at the schedule, especially the sold out scenarios, and seeing what shifts can be made. Expect tickets to open up for some sold out events. I'm not sure when the updates will happen, so I suggest checking back often.

Forgot about it completely until almost midnight. #1 in line still took almost 5 minutes to process. Still got both pregen specials and the last 3-4 ticket in 8-00.

It's just over a week before Gen Con, and I still see literally dozens of unsold tickets for Tier 1-5 scenarios still available, while most of the slots for the Faithless and Forgotten trilogy are sold out. Two and a half months have almost passed, and I haven't seen any shifts in ticket availability or slots opening up. I have the ticket changelog page open and check it daily, so I'm 99% sure I haven't missed anything being added or moved. Am I to assume that this isn't going to happen?

There are 5 tables THURS-SAT, 3 tables FRI-SUN

Frankly the mess that is Gen Con scheduling is why I stopped going. Registering isn't even fun these days.

Well Gen Con scheduling and worse yet - finding a hotel room.

There was a shift with the Friday night special but that was early on. We recently shifted some tickets on Thursday night. At the point, no more changes will occur.
