Dhampir weaknesses and polymorph spells

Rules Questions

As the title implies this is a question regarding the negative energy affinity and light sensitivity of a polymorphic Dhampir. I know you are suppose to lose anything tied to your original form as far as senses and modes of movement and appendages but does that include racial weaknesses?

RAW you lose "abilities" from your original form, and a weakness is not an ability, so I think you would keep it. RAI I'd say you should lose it.

These weaknesses are definitely abilities.

Negative Energy Affinity (Ex)

The creature is alive but is healed by negative energy and harmed by positive energy, as if it were an undead creature.

Light Sensitivity (Ex)

Creatures with light sensitivity are dazzled in areas of bright sunlight or within the radius of a daylight spell.

Silver Crusade

To expand on what Avoron said, the Polymorph description in the CRB is:

Polymorph wrote:

While under the effects of a polymorph spell, you lose all extraordinary and supernatural abilities that depend on your original form...

And since Negative Energy Affinity and Light Sensitivity are listed as Extraordinary Abilities, it would seem you lose them in the transformation.

I was leaning that direction, but it is nice to hear confirmation. Thanks.
