Alchemical Memory Loss

Anyone know of an alchemical item that can induce memory loss? Can't seem to find one. Is there such a thing?

It's also more recently from the Alchemy Manual. Also from the Manual is Confabulation Powder. Doesn't cause memory loss, but does allow the implantation of false memories.

Thank you. I actually have the alchemy companion, I just haven't looked at it in a while. Too busy arguing with the DM over dynamite I suppose.
