Not really. It's been happening since high school. Different ones, of course, but all with the punching.

AND somebody inverted my garments.

Well, obviously they like you.

They're 'hitting' on you! ;)

Yeah I know. That was bad.
I should be 'PUN'ished.
Lock me in the 'PUN'itentiary.
:D

~sighs~ OT is nice, but only once it hits the bank. ~sighs and goes back to work~

I'm dying to know the context here.

Have you taken up mugging people at Home Depot?

Not yet, but that's an idea...

No, I'll be at work (working or on my phone while waiting for work) and they sneak up behind me and punch me (to startle me).

Do you work with them or are they just random, violent lesbians?

Yes, they are co-contractors, not random women walking in off the street and punching me.

It's like the locker room in high school all over again. Well, not that bad yet. :(

Hey, everyone. Just posting to let everyone know that I'm still around. I was just very busy yesterday. Got about a half hour 'til the library closes. Will post tomorrow if there's time.

My Gygax Day character:
STR: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 5) = 12
INT: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 2, 6) = 14
WIS: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 3) = 5
DEX: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 3) = 9
CON: 3d6 ⇒ (4, 1, 2) = 7
CHA: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 5, 6) = 14

Just... wow. Any ideas?

I am suddenly the immature child who wanted to jump into the girls locker room all over again...

Not as a cleric, anyway.

In 1st Ed. Intelligence didn't have a modifier or affect spell strength. A 14 would allow you to cast up to 7th level spells and know up to 9 spells per spell level. You could adventure as a magic-user up to 15th level with no problems.

Also you can have a fair number of hirelings with that Charisma and they would be a touch more loyal than average.

Surviving to 15th in 1st Ed., however...

Another day, another overnight...

I swear, it will be soooo weird to work 9-5 again. I haven't had anything even relatively close to that in eight years. And weekends off? Not since 2000

9-5? What the f@$! does that even mean? Is that like some secret code or something?

9-5 is a mythical land of fairy dust and sugarplums, where free time grows on trees and you can lie on beaches and in meadows and enjoy life and rest.

Oh, and there are hot meals and medical care, too.

There are benefits to suckling the government teat

That feeling when you pull off a really cool and nasty surprise on your normally paranoid players....

Just be sure to take video to share with us when they start flicking you with a wet towel. OK?

Or call Freehold and I'm sure he'll break Mach 3 on his bike to take the video for you.

Good morning, assorted peoples. I am NEVER up this early, but I've been unable to sleep all night and I finally just decided to fall out of bed and get online, where I'll do practically nothing for hours! Whee!

I was awake once for 73 hours straight. Just plain couldn't sleep. Sleeping pills didn't work, and adding vodka to them just gave me a funny kind of buzz. When I finally did fall asleep I literally fell asleep. I walked into the kitchen and collapsed on the floor. My roommates checked to see if I was breathing and if I had a pulse then dragged me to bed, where I slept 27 hours.

WHERE do you find this stuff?!? ;P

For as busy as you are, you obviously have far more web-browzing time than I do! Or your Google-Fu is much stronger. Or both. :P

I have to credit Facebook. It serves a lot of this stuff to me on a platter.

Well that and I work a job that lets me surf the Web a lot

hi everyone

Howdy!

hi Cal

It's dark and rainy here today. How about where you are?

Hey, everyone.

cold and rainy as well, not as cold and rainy as the last 3 days but still to cold and rainy for july

Hey, John!

We've been having thunderstorms just sort of pop up, last about 30 minutes and then end. One of my dogs hates thunder so she's a 75 pound lap dog when it's going on.
